Sourcing & Sampling

Products are sourced from our curated network of manufacturers and craftsmen across India. We arrange physical samples for your review and approval before any bulk production or procurement begins.

Quality Inspection

Before any order is confirmed, our team conducts rigorous quality control checks. Each item is inspected against agreed specifications — dimensions, materials, finish, and packaging standards.

Order Finalization

Once samples are approved, we finalize pricing, lead times, payment terms, and all other commercial details. You receive a clear, written confirmation with no hidden surprises.

Packaging & Documentation

All goods are packed to export-grade standards suited for long international transit. We prepare full documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any required compliance certificates.

Export & Delivery

Your goods are handed to the freight forwarder and shipped to your destination country. We provide full tracking updates and remain your point of contact until the shipment is successfully delivered.

MOQ varies by product category and specific item. For furniture, MOQ typically starts at 20–50 units depending on the product. For textiles and handicrafts, MOQ can be lower. We are flexible for first orders and will discuss MOQ during our initial consultation after reviewing your requirements.
Yes. We strongly encourage sample orders before bulk procurement. Samples allow you to verify quality, finish, dimensions, and materials firsthand. Sample costs and lead times vary by product — we'll advise you during the inquiry stage.
We actively serve buyers in the United States, across European Union countries, and in the Gulf/Middle East region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and others). If your country is not listed, please contact us — we assess each inquiry on a case-by-case basis.
We primarily work on FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) terms. We can also accommodate EXW (Ex Works) depending on your logistics setup. The preferred Incoterm will be discussed during order finalization.
Quality consistency is maintained through our structured sourcing network. We document your product specifications in detail after the first approved order and use these as binding references for all repeat orders. Pre-dispatch quality inspections are conducted for every shipment, regardless of order size.
